FCA PK Coaches Sign up

The program is designed to have three or four high school volunteer coaches per team. You and your fellow coaches are the primary coaches of your team and are responsible for on-field coaching. A parent is also assigned as a team coach to assist and help you with the kids and fill in for you if you have a conflict. In addition, all administrative duties will be handle by a parent team leader leaving you to do one thing � coach the kids!
Monday Night practices 6:30-8pm
High School volunteer participation is not mandatory on Monday evenings but encouraged. You and your team of coaches will be assigned one Monday evening to come and assist with the Team Talk, but other than that obligation, Monday attendance is optional. Monday nights are FCA�s character and skills night and your presence makes a huge impact on the kids and goes a long way in developing strong relationships with your players. Please come whenever you can!
Thursday Night practices 6:30-7:30pm
These practices are your responsibility. With the aid of your parent coach, you will organize and run this practice in preparation for your Saturday games. The first 10 minutes we will award our CIA stickers and the final 50 minutes are yours for practice. You can work on individual skills or practice your team offense and defense at this time.
Saturday games NFC 1-3pm, AFC/NFL 3-5pm
Teams play two back-to-back 40-minute games.
